physical: I never liked my body in the sense that I have always had some weight issues so definitely this is what I want to change physically (working on it).

The answer to this one is simple, I would like to go ahead in time to see how the technology would evolve if one day we will have the flying cars and things like in the Back to the Future movies

I have spent the last 15 years of my life at sea, since 7 months ago I work in the office. What affected me the most before was the fact that I could never meet easily my colleagues outside of the work environment. Right know I don’t know yet, I would simply say that I am leaving the Dream.

I love the sun and the beach for me my soul is at rest only when I imagine or I am on a fabulous beach in any place of the world listening to the music of the waves crashing on the sand.

Oh well, this one is a fun! The first time I saw my now wife was in the elevator of a hotel in San Francisco, USA the day before we both were joining a vessel for work. She always says that I “rape her with my eyes” which honestly I was doing and when the door opened she just runs away. Well guess how the incident went …. we are now together since 8 years!

Baked Swordfish Steaks – Lemon and Herbs

We all know this, tasty recipes for your proper nutrition are not always behind the corner and in the kitchen, you need to use imagination if you really want to succeed.

Today I want to present to you all my latest kitchen experiment and not only was it delicious but just took 25 minutes to be ready.

Ingredients:

  • 2 swordfish steaks
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon Extravergine Olive Oil
  • 1 minced garlic
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1/2 cup minced fresh Parsley & Rosemary 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 365°F in the mean time place the Swordfish in a baking dish like in the picture and combine 1/2 teaspoon salt – 1 teaspoon Extravergine Olive Oil – 1 minced garlic – 1 Lemon Juice – 1/2 cup minced fresh Parsley & Rosemary and spoon over the fish. (Let the Swordfish marinate for 10 minutes turning one side to another after 5 minutes) 
  2. Bake, uncovered, 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork, basting occasionally.
  3. Serve and Enjoy


 

Strawberry Oatmeal Breakfast Smoothie

Hi guys and girls,

I am back with a fabulous and great smoothie recipe to get your day started.

Ingredients are:

  • 1 cup of milk (choose what you prefer)
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 banana
  • 14 frozen Strawberried
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon of white sugar

Strawberry+Oatmeal+Smoothie

In a blender, combine all the ingredients. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.

Banana Berry Smoothie

Hi guys and girls,

today I will introduce an excellent fruity drink on a hot day!

Ingredients are:

1 banana, frozen and chunked

1 cup frozen raspberries

 

3/4 cup orange juice

 

1/4 cup vanilla yogurt

Blueberry-Banana-Smoothie

In a blender, combine banana, raspberries, orange juice and yogurt. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.

Here is the thing!

I love gardening and since I am having a wonderful basil outside my balcony I thought why not make some pesto and enjoy it with my wife today?


Sometimes is good to come out from your alimentation plan and feel recharged, also since is a month that I am not having pasta I decided to go for it. I guess will really help to get along for the next steps. 

It doesn’t need to be always diet isn’t it?


Here you go …. leaves are ready to be blended and pasta is already cooking …. vualá …… 


Recipe for pesto 6/8 person

– 80g of Basil Leaves (Clean and Dry)

– 50g of Parmesan Cheese in small pieces 

– 30g of Pine Nuts

– 30g of Pecorino Cheese in small pieces 

– 150g of Extravergine Olive Oil 

– Salt (at your discretion)

1. Add basil, Parmesan cheese, Pecorino Cheese and Pine Nuts in a blender and blend for 20 seconds. 

2. Add the olive oil and blend for other 4 seconds.

3. Enjoy
