What Time I Workout 

At the very beginning of my fitness journey didn’t know what time was the best for me to workout. Of course, my best time could be not your best but I have a good reason why I love to workout in specific hours and those are lunch time until not later than 3 pm.

My workout doesn’t go over the 45/50 minutes and to be able to do that I rest between the set not more than 60sec, unfortunately, this is not happening for the majority of those guys that between a set and the other are distracted by their smartphone making that minute rest for them to become 5 minutes.

This is not only making their workout useless but also slowing down the others without realizing it.

Of course, my time can be difficult to follow for the majority of those having a daily job the good news is that I have found a spot at 5 pm that works as well.

My Fitness Journey, so far

It feels like yesterday when I commenced my fitness journey, the funny thing about it is that everything commenced in unexpected circumstances.

One day my wife found in the mail box one of that publicity card for a gym close to my apartment and we both though why we don’t go to have a look? A few days later we did and after a long chit chat, we decide to subscribe. In reality, that day all happen as a surprise, yes we decide to go to have a look at it but the intention was to visit few more fitness centers before taking a final decision.

Look Back For Progress

OMG 😲 only looking back I can see how much progress I have made. I am looking forward to the upcoming months and see how much more I can do!

I am still in my cutting fase, getting burned a life time unwonted fat is going to take some time. 


They say never look back, but sometimes I do to get that motivation to look forward in my dark days when you feel like you are stacked and not making progress.

2nd Week of 12 Week Challenge Program

It is almost 2 weeks I am in the 12 Week Challenge Program and I feel really great.

I feel definitely more energetic and I am enjoying my workout much more. Integration is helping as well and I have also both one of this one-gallon water jar to keep my water intake under the radar. I never thought I would be drinking such a big amount of water daily.

img_2332I weight my self-today and apparently, I haven’t lost anything, not even a gram, hahaha! The scale is trying to play with me!

I don’t mind cause I know that it is not completely true what the scale is telling me, yes indeed my weight is still the same but I have less fat and leaner muscles.

Two months after and 10kg less!

The last two months have been very challenging but you know what? today is a celebration day.


You probably are wondering what is the event to celebrate … the scale just told me that I have loose 10kg or 22Lb whatever you prefer.

How I feel? … excited, happy and much more, meal after meal with only one goal.

physical: I never liked my body in the sense that I have always had some weight issues so definitely this is what I want to change physically (working on it).

The answer to this one is simple, I would like to go ahead in time to see how the technology would evolve if one day we will have the flying cars and things like in the Back to the Future movies

I have spent the last 15 years of my life at sea, since 7 months ago I work in the office. What affected me the most before was the fact that I could never meet easily my colleagues outside of the work environment. Right know I don’t know yet, I would simply say that I am leaving the Dream.

I love the sun and the beach for me my soul is at rest only when I imagine or I am on a fabulous beach in any place of the world listening to the music of the waves crashing on the sand.

Oh well, this one is a fun! The first time I saw my now wife was in the elevator of a hotel in San Francisco, USA the day before we both were joining a vessel for work. She always says that I “rape her with my eyes” which honestly I was doing and when the door opened she just runs away. Well guess how the incident went …. we are now together since 8 years!

Hi guys,

I am typing while I am having my cardio session.

After a full body workout I did last night this morning I decide to go relatively easy and my today’s workout consisted of:

– Biceps 3 x 30

– Triceps 3 x 20

– Shoulder 3 x 20

– Abdominal 3 x 20

– Cardio 40minutes 

Happy to announce my -5kg since the start of my program. 

A wonderful sunny day.

Had really an amazing day today with my wonderful wife.

When we woke up and we looked out of the window, there was a beautiful sunny day. I have been missing so much these days that we decide to go out for shopping and spend the day outside enjoying the sun, the light, and the fresh air that this spring is gifting us.

I know most of you now are thinking, Hey wait a minute what about your Sunday Workout?

I must admit that today I been guilty not only to jump my Sunday workout but also had a lunch outside and my choice went on  Turkey sandwich with chips.

I did want kind of get out from the routine and to be honest, somehow celebrate my new weight. I have been lost so far 2.6 Kg or 5.7 Lb I guess is not bad.

I wish to you all a wonderful Sunday as well.

 

The first week in the routine

Hello guys,

I have just completed my first week in the routine and I have to say has not been that easy as I thought.

Exercise wise and workout routine I have been fine. Getting along instead with a different way to eat is not been that pleasant.

Anyway, I have no intention to drop, also I have lost 2Kg in this week or so and I am very happy with this results.

I know I can do it and I will get better and better … I have commenced also a YouTube channel it may help as well.

The Challenge has commenced

Hey guys,

the challenge has commenced. It is a week now already, I have started my workout, thrown all the junk food, prepared my supplements and started with my clean eat routine.

I will keep you posted on my progress, I am also opening a YouTube Channel where I will post my recipe, talk with you all and interact, would love to receive feedback and comments.

All of this for me is becoming part of my journey for my healthy life. Why you don’t join me as well, be together will be more simple.
