I am typing while I am having my cardio session.
After a full body workout I did last night this morning I decide to go relatively easy and my today’s workout consisted of:
– Biceps 3 x 30
– Triceps 3 x 20
– Shoulder 3 x 20
– Abdominal 3 x 20
– Cardio 40minutes
Happy to announce my -5kg since the start of my program.
