The first week in the routine

Hello guys,

I have just completed my first week in the routine and I have to say has not been that easy as I thought.

Exercise wise and workout routine I have been fine. Getting along instead with a different way to eat is not been that pleasant.

Anyway, I have no intention to drop, also I have lost 2Kg in this week or so and I am very happy with this results.

I know I can do it and I will get better and better … I have commenced also a YouTube channel it may help as well.
